Phil is a nerdy Theater kid who writes about his feelings in a journal. Dan is a closeted jock who pretends to act straight for his friends. (mostly fluff, I may put some smut in here so be warned.)

40k+ words [completed] Daniel Howell is a boy with many problems and few friends. Forced by his mother to stay at the Fairview Mental Hospital, his life changes when he meets his roommate, a cold and distant boy named Phil Lester. As their friendship grows, a series of catastrophic events occur. Will they force the two boys apart forever, or only make them stronger?

People say 'Silence is golden' however sometimes the silence can cause arguments, stress and bullying. It's not easy to stay silent forever, however its just as hard to talk. It's hard to say the things you mean, especially when you're a selective mute. Phil has been mute since he was ten. Nobody and nothing can change that. Until he meets Dan. Dan has the power to turn Phil's whole world upside down. For better or for worse...? Only time will tell. (I suck at descriptions... Sowwy)

Dan has a messed up life, unlike other teenagers, Dan has been through suicide, depression and anxiety all his life, while his parents and people at school don't help the issue at all. He's mysterious, to everyone else in the school, he's a lost cause, an outcast. But when a certain ray of sunshine comes into his life, he is determined not to give up on Dan.

Lucy and her best friend, Phil, were the kindest people on campus. Phil told Lucy that Dan was trying too get to her. Moreover, trying to sweep her off her feet. Lucy knows Dan, so she never falls for his charm. But then, she's always wondered... What if Dan could do good? Now, here's where the story gets a lot more interesting. Dan and his family move into Lucy's neighborhood... But where? Lucy found out, that her neighbor, is the actual bad boy from her school. One day, while Lucy was walking home, she got herself in trouble. A mysterious man pulled a knife at her. Lucy tried to defend herself, but the knife was getting too close to her stomach. Then another man shows up, punching the killer in the face, stealing his knife and kick him in the area. The other man turns out to be Dan Howell, as he smiles brightly, onto Lucy's face. This was a smile, Lucy has never seen before. It was completely different from Phil's. Dan's smile made her heart flutter hardly. Weird isn't it?

It's a little Phan story, I'm bored but with this one I plan on making it interesting. It won't be as crap as my other one, I promise! So it's basically Phil is walking home from his job at the local record store in downtown London, he has to cross a bridge, he's stops a small boy named Dan hanging over the ledge on the other side, then he lets go. And to know the rest you must read to find out.
