When the Governor survives the events which was supposed to be his last stand at the prison, he begins to catch back up with the former prison group as he finds his own luck running out. Now he needs to make the choice whether he's going to use the prison group or join them to help them out on their new journey into the unknown. (Disclaimer: I don't own The Walking Dead or its characters. I only own my own AU thoughts and the decision on where to take the story. Also things will not go along with the exact storyline. If Rick said the sky was blue, Paloma knew it to be green. No matter the case, Paloma found herself to disagree with everything Rick said and vice versa. When Rick takes Paloma hostage, the only thing she's worried about is getting back to her daughter. During this time, they not only find comfort, but they find themselves slowly falling in love. Which was the last thing on their mind. But fate had a funny way of revealing itself, even in the midst of war.
