In a colony where Spanish blood opens doors that talent alone cannot, Alfonso Linares de Espadaña is a walking lie. To escape starvation in Madrid, he allowed himself to be transformed into a distinguished gentleman and an acceptable suitor for the beautiful María Clara. But when his carefully constructed deception collapses, Alfonso loses everything-his status and the life he hoped to build. Reduced from honored guest to servant, he must embrace the truth he spent years hiding and struggle to reclaim his dignity in a society ruled by wealth, pride, and appearances. In a world governed by greed, malice, and power, can a disgraced man prove that true nobility comes not from birth, but from character? Inspired by José Rizal's Noli Me Tangere, this reimagined historical drama follows one of its most overlooked and controversial figures.

Ren Victor y Valencia, a 15-year-old boy living in the year 2026, accidentally travels back in time and finds himself stuck in Las Islas Filipinas during the Spanish colonization - in Manila, 1765. With no clear way to return, he struggles to adjust to his new life while searching for any chance to get back to his own time. Will he ever make it home again? This is a work of fiction, created entirely from the author's imagination. It blends teenage romance and historical fiction. Warning: This story uses a mix of English, Filipino, and some Bicol dialect. This is my first time writing a story on Wattpad. You have been warned! ✨

In the lush landscapes of 10th-century Mindanao, a visionary leader emerges from distant shores. Rajah Kiling, a formidable warrior and astute strategist, arrives at the fertile banks of the Agusan River with a singular dream-to build a kingdom that will command respect, wealth, and influence across the seas. Through courage, diplomacy, and unmatched skill in trade and warfare, Kiling unites scattered villages into the thriving Kingdom of Butuan, transforming it into a bustling hub of commerce where golden artifacts, exotic goods, and powerful ships navigate rivers and oceans alike. Yet, prosperity brings challenges. Rival chiefs, ambitious pirates, and foreign powers test his resolve, forcing Kiling to prove his leadership not only in battle but in wisdom, alliances, and vision. As traditions blend with foreign influences, and the first balangay boats set sail for distant lands, Kiling forges a legacy that will echo for centuries. Rajah Kiling: The Rise of Butuan is an epic tale of courage, strategy, and the enduring spirit of a pre-Hispanic Filipino kingdom, where history, legend, and adventure converge in the making of a king.
