Dan has synesthesia and finds pleasure in his music. Phil is colour blind and wishes to see the world. When Phil Lester and his family move in across the hall from the Howells, Dan agrees to take Phil on mini adventures in exchange for £20 per adventure so Dan can afford his own piano.

The problem with happiness is that it can spiral into darkness in a matter of seconds. ~~~ Trigger warning: depression, suicidal thoughts or attempts, bullying, rape, drugs, alcohol, domestic abuse, violence, maybe gore eventually I don't know, anxiety, anorexia.
