In an alternate universe, every child who dies has a certain fate. If they are sent to Hell, they become an imaginary friend to a another young child that will eventually outgrow them. Then, the friend will be sent down forced into eternal damnation for the entirety of their existence. If they are sent to Heaven, they are given a second chance and become a soulmate and live out the rest of their existence with their chosen soulmate. Every person who's fate is to be a soulmate is placed into a chosen family, and they must make it their life goal to find their person. In this case, Daniel Howell is selected to become a soulmate to a young boy by the name of Phillip Lester, who's mother just so happens to be close friends with his own chosen mother.

Dan Howell is a shy, but outgoing person once you get to know him. He has had a below average life and has had MANY ups and downs. Phil Lester is one of the most shyest being anyone has ever met. Phils life has way more downs than ups, too many downs actually. When Phil was born he was sent to a foster home. He grew up there for almost most of his child years were over. Phil is a very shy, depressed, amd overall a complete mess. However can one friend change all that?

"Hi! My name's [Dan]" The boy behind the screen formed brackets with his hands. "Hi Dan.. I'm Phil." The sad boy's tears sat on his cheeks, reflecting the light from his dim laptop. - - - - "So? Where do we go from here..?" His voice shook, and so did his hands. ((SOME TRIGGER WARNINGS))

Through out his career with Phil, Dan finds himself needing some one to talk to about everything going on. From Phil on holiday to the crazy Phan shippers Dan almost always has Phil on his mind in one way or another. Dan can't seem to find anybody he's willing to talk to these things about so he decides to write them down... in the Notes app on his iPhone.
