{Set in author Philip Pullman's "The Golden Compass" book, the first book in the "His Dark Materials" Trilogy and unfortunately for you lovers of the movie, I will only be using the books for this series} [I own nothing at all, except for my two characters Cain Belacqua and Silver Belacqua, as well as their daemons that accompany them] In Jordan College of our world, there is a set of three siblings. Lyra Belacqua is perhaps out of them, the most infamous of them for getting into mischief for now. But there are two others, and they are both almost equally as mischievous as their sister in all different ways. They all embody a single quality that defines their daemons' shape and the one of which, has already chosen its shape to remain in permanently, though it has yet to be forced to settle. Silver Belacqua at 14, is the loyal, strong and the quietest of the three Belacqua siblings the oldest of them all. Although she is quiet, not all strength comes from speaking and there are other ways of showing confidence. Along with her chosen silence, she is also very good at sneaking around the college and observin' things, that she has seen and reportin' them back to Lyra. In her daemon's reflection of their personalities, it has always preferred to take the shape of a wolf. Cain Belacqua is 12, merely a few months away from his daemon settling is the opposite of Silver. He is rambunctious and loud, often purposely picking fights with the other children. His daemon prefers to take the shape of a rabbit, as it is a very swift animal which is very useful for getting out of bad situations that Cain tends to get himself into quite a lot. He also most of the time, if not every time, requires of Silver's timely aide in order to get himself and his daemon, out of these sticky situations. Their entire world gets turned upside down, when, their Uncle Asriel comes back to Jordan College, and they meet a woman with a gold monkey daemon, then their whole world changes. [Book 1]

I wrote this very short fic after bawling my eyes out over the series ending. Once upon a time there was a queen whom gave birth to a child which had innocent eyes, innocent heart and innocent soul. The king and queen celebrated the child's birthday and invited all the lands. After everyone had left the king and queen thought it would be best for the Wise Man to see the baby. The Wise Man had news for them. The baby was full of all magic that existed in there and the outstanding part was that the child had powers from other worlds and could see these other worlds as well. Unfortunately there was a down side, the child could not survive holding this much power at least not in human form. The baby's parents were worried, they couldn't let there child die. The Wise Man said there was a lake in a cave which could move souls into other objects. He than gave them a clear stone and told them to put the baby and the stone into the lake together. He also said if they let the baby die all of humanity would die so they had no choice. The king and queen went to the cave and gently placed the baby and the stone into the lake the baby cried it's last ever cry. Life was drawn out of the baby's body into the stone. After it was done the only thing left was a beautiful silver sword. This book is dedicate to @silversoul (comes in story as Silver) who will help me write and illustrate this book and Blue_the_snowleopard (comes in the story as Blue) who will illustrate and help me write this book. Until people come looking and secrets become undone. Now she's on the run, searching for the lost children, her sister, and maybe her past too.
