Phinbua Stories

(ONE SHOT) Bua is running-from enemies, from the shadow of her father's empire. Survival means staying unseen, but the bruises she carries make hiding harder. Her refuge comes in an unlikely place: a quiet bar tucked into a narrow Bangkok alley, owned by Phin, a weary ex-cop who once swore she'd left danger behind. Fleeing danger in Bangkok, Bua and Phin escape to Pong Yaeng in the Chiang Mai mountains, where Phin's family runs a small resort. Amid misty hills and a close-knit community, Bua dreams of a fresh start while Phin confronts the family she left behind. But as their love and new life begin to take root, the shadows of what they left in Bangkok threaten to catch up with them. (This series is a direct continuation of my one-shot : Breath and Bruises.
