Tommy is a hero in training who always gets the job of catching drug addicts because villains are 'too dangerous' for him. And Ranboo is just there! Gore, death, and other triggering stuff, there will be warnings before it though!

in this story Techno found tommy and decided to keep him. for some reason he liked this kid.. but once Tommy betrayed him a few years later everything changed.
