Gifted by the Dragon's Bane, the only blade that can pierce through a dragon's scales, he has spent his whole life fighting alongside the phoenixes, desperate to drive them back from his kingdom's borders. But when the Dragon's Bane is stolen from him, he must enlist the help of a thief and trek through Scalion to return it. However, the Dragon's Bane is no ordinary blade. With the war not far behind them, Arc and Ashten soon learn they must find the Bane to prevent an awakening. An awakening that could burn their world to ash.
