Worry makes you panic and that is when you run. In a world where being physic is a bright flashing sign of murder, people like them must run. They must hide from the authorities and pry in the hopes of crossing the border. They might be treated like scums, but anything is better than being hunted down against your will.

I hold on to her and realize that Daisy died of cancer last year. How is she here? That's when I realize what is happening. "Are we... Dead?" I ask quietly, my voice is shaking and barely above a whisper. Emmy gives me a sad smile. "You're not dead. I just need you to be strong right now. You will understand some day." "What are you talking about? We're not dead? Then what's going on? Why is Daisy here?" "No sis, you're not dead." Emmy clarifies.
