Everything is connected. From the smallest to the biggest the tiniest to the ernomous the cold the hot, the bad, the good and the human, the earth. Realizing the connection between us and what is.simply releases us in a sense to which we'd recognize the importance of being free. growing up I've noticed that we are have tangled up our connection as one organism through different ideas, when strings become wrapped and tangled it creates tension and so we have, with our ideas and perspective on what we are and what we are here to do for. This book is not an answer but a journey itself ive always dreamt of a world that considered every much bit of love and peace and in being brought up in different environments my childhood spent in "country" of birth and spending my teenage years in another "country" has allowed me to grasp a perspective to a point where I wish to know much more about myself and where it all began howd we get from ape to robots and attention seekers and on the understanding on why we are simply so united and yet so seperated, as you read do not feel offense nor discontent with what this book entales because it reflects on the ideas you have been given not received by heart and to your mind for thinking as it is not for a closed mind but a mind that seeks to be free. Because this book was written by a growing young man who wishes to grasp onto nothing nor does he wish to be of constraint to something he knows his not and so in this will you read as though your mind wish it were free that it were in chains and the book as salt water that rusts those chains to a point where the mind is able to know that it can be free where the numbness of the chains tight grip has released and the mind feels that bit of a difference will it know once more it's longing for freedom as it once did being a child.

She is like an Alpha Wolf. Protective over her 'pack'. He is like a Hyena. He makes jokes and is quite annoying as he provokes many but is still strong and dangerous. He is like Magpie. Whatever he likes he takes and is sly about it. She is like a Peacock. Proud, Self-centred and confident about her beauty but has that one ugly thing about her that she never notices but only few do. I have a strangely interesting habit. To observe everything around me and become a spectator. I read through the lines and watch behind the scenes. I do not think i am special. I do not have a condition that makes me like this. I just natrually like observing humans. Its called Naturalistic Observation. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ Naturalistic observation is a research method commonly used by psychologists and other social scientists. This technique involves observing subjects in their natural environment. Observation (watching what people do) would seem to be an obvious method of carrying out research in psychology. Naturalistic observation (i.e. unstructured observation) involves studying the spontaneous behaviour of participants in natural surroundings. The researcher simply records what they see in whatever way they can

Have you ever wondered why some emotions feel impossible to shake? Why certain fears, insecurities, and doubts keep resurfacing, even when we try to move past them? The truth is, our emotions are not random. They are shaped by everything we've been through-the love we've received, the pain we've endured, the betrayals we never saw coming. Somewhere along the way, we started believing stories about ourselves. Stories that told us we weren't enough. That trust is dangerous. That love always ends in pain. And without even realizing it, these stories began shaping how we see the world, how we connect with people, and how we treat ourselves. But what if these stories aren't the truth? What if they are just echoes of the past, holding us back from the life we truly deserve? This journey is about untangling those emotions. It's about understanding why we feel the way we do, challenging the beliefs that no longer serve us, and making space for something better. It's for anyone who has ever felt stuck, lost, or weighed down by emotions they don't fully understand. Because the past may have shaped us, but it doesn't have to define us. If you've ever felt like you're trapped in your own mind, questioning your worth, your relationships, or your place in the world-you are not alone. And you are not broken. You are simply carrying emotions that were never meant to be permanent. Let's begin the process of understanding them, so we can finally let them go.

Before I start declaring or in other words explaining the purpose of creating this book in WattPad, I want you to answer honestly to my questions: Have you ever felt so hopeless that you lose all belief in yourself that you as one person can do great things like changing the world? Or lost all hope in anything great in the world that any human being could ever dream enough to achieve? Have you ever lost motivation, dedication, hope, drive and anything else to achieve the things that you believe in like your dreams, passions, hobbies, personal things, purpose(s) when someone convinced you too well that it's rather hopeless and no use to achieve for any good reason? No matter whether many of us now at this point may think we were crazy to believe and give in to their beliefs and convincing speech of letting go all that has ever mattered to us. Anything that ever got our hearts racing full of excitement, inspiration, power, control, love, passion and more. Well what if we could change this pattern, this cycle? By recreating or retraining our brains to think less logically and more creatively to create healthy, positive change in our world? "If you think logically, you're gonna lose the creative arts." - Topanga Mathews This book has been created to help educate, help others learn about helpful resources to help themselves take greater care of their mental health by inspiring, encouraging and uplifting others to create the social and real change in our world that we all including the world itself deserves.
