Those experiences left lasting scars that followed me into adulthood, leading to lifelong battles with PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and severe social anxiety. For many years, I suffered in silence. Today, I share my story not for sympathy, but for understanding. I want people to see the reality of trauma, the damage it leaves behind, and the strength it takes to survive it. Most importantly, I hope my story helps others who may be facing similar pain know they are not alone.
