Depuis mon enfance, je n'ai jamais cessé de bouger. Que ce soit en pratiquant des sports ou en dansant, mon corps était pour moi un moyen de m'exprimer, d'explorer mes limites. Mais il y a quelques années, un problème de genoux a changé ma vie. Des douleurs incessantes, des blessures répétées, et un diagnostic accablant : il fallait faire face à cette réalité physique qui m'empêchait de vivre comme avant. Entre les rendez-vous médicaux, les traitements, et la rééducation, j'ai appris à redéfinir ce que signifie "être fort". Mais au-delà de la douleur, ce combat m'a aussi ouvert les yeux sur la résilience et la nécessité de prendre soin de soi, mentalement autant que physiquement. Ce livre est une façon de partager mon parcours, mes doutes et mes victoires, et de montrer que, parfois, les épreuves les plus difficiles peuvent nous apprendre à nous réinventer.

Elle est dans le lycée le plus prestigieux de Toulouse. Tout lui sourit ; passionnée par les étoiles et l'univers, elle a un don pour les maths et la physique et une sensibilité accrue pour la poésie et les arts. Loin d'être une associable et plutôt bien entourée, elle ne peut s'empêcher d'être envahie par une mélancolie profonde les soirs, à la lueur de la lune quand le manque de ses parents s'intensifie. Excédé par la capitale et les amitiés intéressées, il décide de descendre dans le Sud où l'on dit qu'il fait bon de vivre. Tout ce qu'il veut c'est écrire ; il est en recherche d'inspiration pour son nouveau album. En tant que rappeur, il a une étiquette à garder pour être écouté. Mais il aimerait apporter au rap un nouveau sens, et s'embarque dans une odyssée où il pourrait bien perdre toute la crédibilité qu'il s'est forgé. Après leur rencontre, tout bascule peu à peu.
