Evelyn is 11, she has finally graduated from that stupid Academy. Her parents couldn't be prouder, Serena more so she knows how her daughter struggled, Ash however doesn't know what it was like for her he hasn't even seen her since she was ten and he misses her. Life isn't so easy for the Ketchum family, Max has been missing for 4 years now, yet he still sends them cards on Christmas and birthdays. Evelyn is struggling with her mental health, but she has mastered the art of hiding it. She can't tell her mum, she'd blame herself. Ash and Serena are together if that's what you're wondering, but being a Pokemon Master who won't reveal he has a family for their safety isn't the easiest. Evelyn had been there that day, the earliest memory she has - her dad beating the current master, become one himself, he was 24 to the day and already the dad of a 4 and 1 year old. Life isn't always as it seems as Evelyn travels across Kalos meeting friends along the way... Authors note: Hi, I'm RainbowRoxGirl! So this is my first story so if it's crap, sorry. This is the tale of a Pokémon that goes by the name 'Axel'. He is an Axew that once lived a simple life with his three friends, Raimie, Hana and Flame. But over the course of one singular day, his entire life gets turned upside down forever. Eventually, a long time after that day, he makes it to Ryme City. A place where Human and Pokémon live as equals. However, part way into his new life, he realizes true normalcy will never return to him. So he made a vow. He will fight to protect all those around him. Strangers, friends, family, everyone. No matter who, he will fight so they can live regular lives without worry.

So I was going to do my usual 'I'll write the description later, blah blah blah' thing and be done, but then I realized that I can use this as an Author's Note. So I'm going to try once again to write a Pokémon fanfiction. Yes, I know that you're all either squealing in delight or rolling your eyes in disappointment. But I really do want to do this, despite how nervous I a about it. I have an alright plot worked out, with no extra details - Just the way I like it. I can't mold a story to move in a certain direction. I think that's why The Rise Of Suecra was a bust. There was too much thought worked into it. I couldn't keep up with my outlines. I'd add disclaimers, but apparently then my description would be too long .-. Anyways, if you read through this whole thing, kudos to you. Now read on! And don't yell at me when you finish the prologue...*hides anyways just in case*
