That reunited with Doey and the rest of the toys who were there for her when she was younger. But Prototype forced her to stop talking to them. Especially to Doey. Now it was all up to Y/N to find Doey and reunite with him because she missed him so much. Will she make that happen without the Prototype knowing? 🚫THIS IS NOT A SHIPPING STORY. A few years ago, CatNap created an imaginary cousin named 'Luke MeowLuck'. One day, DogDay mentioned this to Frowny Fox, who didn't thought much about it at first. But over some time, Frowny began to notice that CatNap behaves strangely. One day, CatNap didn't came out from his house, and while Frowny was playing hide and seek with his friends, one of his friends went missing in the woods. Frowny and the others quickly set out to search for their friend, but after a long day in the woods, Frowny's nightmare began as he was haunted by monstrous, psychopathic versions of his friends. He wanted to know what happened and needed answers, but those answers are written down in Frowny's journal that has been found deep in the woods.

Warning: This fic contains blood/gore and other disturbing things. If you don't like any of those things, don't read. This isn't a canon episode to my Smiling Critters season 1 book. This one shot story is a psychological dark episode about what happens when cartoons meet their bigger body selves in Playtime Co. by going through a series of doors. These hallways aren't like the actual Poppy Playtime chapters in the current game, but it's the design. It'll mostly be empty...with some horrendous surprises. These surprises may even lead to the start of losing your sanity.

this is the new one, don't read the one one it's bad. btw pretty much everything is the same except thanks to simon (i'm adding the nightmare critters btw), i made crafty back into a unicorn and I plan to touch on that more. also the story will just be better thought out because I'm not just making it up as I go (what i mean is i was making new plot points without making an effort for them to flow smoothly into the previous ones in the last one, which is something i won't do here since i have a timeline for the story set in my head.) I also wrote out all the unnecessary characters, so now it's just the critters + anyone important to the story (say Godfrey, Elliot, Andy etc.) with all that mumbo jumbo out of the way, i hope you enjoy the new and improved smiling critters story :D

When the player's eight years old,they are brought to Playtime Co.'s Playcare. While most of their friends either get adopted or move onto...other opportunities...neither of those things happen to them. Instead, the player grows up in Playcare and eventually begins preparations to become a full-time employee there. But they can't help but notice some of the living toys and Bigger Bodies seem...oddly familiar to them.
