After a difficult end to his first relationship, Keith [BF] started fresh and changed himself, feeling like a whole different person. His love life was going nowhere, after he decided to take a long hiatus from his previous break up. His mother grew anxious of the thought her son would never get over it, so she arranged a blind date between him and a girl he grows to form a strong bond with. The two become close, finding one special thing they had in common, and that was their love and passion for music. Her father was already a celebrity, who had a career in singing and hosting survival shows. So with their genius plan, they decide to collaborate on this idea and showcase it to her father, so they can become contestants as well for this competition show. Due to his prior practices, tutorials and help he'd followed, he was an excellent vocalist and rapper. He began growing his self esteem and confidence, he took the opportunity to learn even more things, and as time progressed with them both being on the show, they began to gather fans and of course a lot of money. At this point, he was becoming an uprising star with pure talent and an ethereal 'girlfriend'. All of this took a turn when a special player made their way into the show, changing the game for Keith. uhm, ok. i've had this for a good month or two now? summary: en route to pico's apartment, boyfriend runs into someone from pico's past that he was hoping to leave behind. it's a perfect catalyst for some impromptu meetings, bullets, and... feelings? truth be told, i just wanted a "serious" bf & pico fic that wasn't incredibly smutty. that's just my taste,,, i'm a very vanilla reader with that being said, content warnings for: • light blood • violence • (censored) swearing bf x pico is more implied, if you really want to read it as platonic, ignore the end of the final chapter. that's all!
