(Based on the 2014 CW television series The Flash) Hartley Rathaway, a former protégé of Dr. Wells, has returned seeking revenge for the injuries he sustained during the particle accelerator explosion. As the Flash prepares to take him down, a stranger appears at S.T.A.R. Labs claiming ties to Hartley that just might prove to be his downfall.
