She was bright and cheerful at first but since your brothers didn't accept her, and your father barely paid attention to her, she started to act differently. Your new mother wanted to make her daughter the princess of the L/n family, and she will do anything, anything at all to make it happen. The first step was getting you out of the picture. Little by little, with staged accidents which her daughter gladly played the part, their love, trust, and respect for you disappeared. The pair always played the victim, accusing you of not wanting them to be apart of the family. Years flew by with this torment, no matter how much your pleaded, begged them to realize that you would never do any of that. They never listened, and the breaking point came when you finally realized that nothing will ever change. It will always be her, not you. So, the first chance you got you left that house. Codie Lynn is new to town and the job she snags is easy, she works at the cafe down the street from the circus that just moved to town, but gossip is the first thing she hears on the first day, not to mention she has her first encounter with one of the circus members, Pierrot, one with not so many words on the street but has many when it's just the two of them. Codie is quick to learn about his family, just like she's quick to pick the feelings the supposed to be quiet clown gains for her. But with what comes feelings, also comes suspicious and cautious eyes from a few members of the circus, the main one being Jester who doesn't trust Codie, no matter how Pierrot persists their feelings for each other are genuine, and once Codie realizes she's not trusted, she does everything in her power to work on gaining the trust that was once lost. Even if it means looking the other way when bodies come up missing especially, when one of those bodies becomes her very own.

Hi Folks, I'm gonna write a crossover fanfiction with our little sunshine Eri from bnha and Freak circus of horrors (a online yandere visual novel created by Garula on itch.io, all credits for the game go to her. I don't own the characters, neither hers nor Eri from bnha, all credits go to the producers!) Story is gonna take place when Eri ran away from Chisaki, but before she encountered Izuku Midoriya.
