Sylvia and her mother move to the Galar region, where her mother will work to help find a successor for her grandmother's gym, and Sylvia will try her luck in the gym challenge. **Sylvia is just a made up character, she isnt from the games and I just wanted to write a sword/shield fic!! I never actually insert myself into x reader books so I decided to just make up my own character Also, this is written more as a real-life sort of book, with actual human problems and not just stuff out of the game as I kinda wanted a more realistic approach and more to work with!

While Galar is in disarray, Gia must collect all the Wishing Stars she can and then return to the Kanto region. Special Ops. G has never failed a mission; never had her cover blown, never been caught, and never let her emotions lead her astray. But, when one Gym Leader gets suspicious of her identity, Gia's whole world gets turned upside down. But there's something else Gia doesn't know. A secret project only Giovanni and select Team Rocket scientists know about. A failed experiment to create a mutation of a trio of legendary Pokemon that failed 19 years ago. Something that could destroy the world if it were to be unleashed... (NOTE: This story is set post-game of Sword/Shield, but if Leon won the battle with the player. Also, Rose still runs the league, since Leon can't man both jobs).

Piers had always been tired of all the constant stress in his life that only worsened the depression he's secretly always had. He had a busy life as it is, but his life just kept getting more and more stressful. He was barely getting any sleep every night, he was barely able to even just relax, he was constantly expected to train for the championships despite him literally having no room in his schedule to do that at all, and he was just tired of it all.
