Skeppy made an unknown potion and wanted to test what it does, Technoblade offered because they are close friends. "As long as it doesn't kill me, sure, ill drink it." Techno drank it not realizing what's to come, and what Skeppy and Philza are going to have to deal with. Techno also meets a knew little piglin in the nether and it helps him, in a way.

Exile has warped and twisted Tommy and his perception of himself and the world. Dream has manipulated and changed him in order to keep him under control. Due to Tehcnblade's betrayal during the war for L'Manberg, Tommy is hesitant to trust that Technoblade will actually help him after escaping Dream and turning up on Techno's doorstep. Techno just wanted a quiet peaceful summer away from everyone. His family doesn't care and he gets to hang out with his father and brothers!
