Matters are made even worse after he moves away from his town in Arizona to the sleepy town of Gravity Falls, Oregon. During his move, he meets the mystery twins, Dipper and Mable Pines. Although the twins help him cope with moving a lot better, there is one thing that still keeps him awake at night. He has the beast's lantern and he feels like it's calling out to him. Dipper has always been the extra. Sure, he had some friends, but those friends have always had other, better, friends then him. Always ignored, and never appreated. But, when Dipper unwisely decides to fallow a worried figure into the ever-ominous forest, Dipper is tangled in a mess of Adventure, Anxiety, and Blood, not all of it the enemys. Everything will change, and Dipper will be faced with choices, and he doesn't always know which one to pick. "Touch my glass hands you you shall be pure, free of all ignorance and emotion. The woods are weird, who knows what will show up. It's rather odd though when a boy shows up in a river with no recollection of how or why he got there. That's the beauty of them though, their always full of the best surprises. my au where dipper and wirt meet during the summer, yadayada you know the drill.

This is (obviously) an AU (Alternative Universe). (I'm not quite good at writing funny stuff, but I'm good at writing things full of feels and cute couple moments, and this is a warning, I guess, I'm not sure) *** Back to Gravity Falls, now with fourteen years old, after that horrible incident with well, I guess everybody knows about it, but in case you are wondering, the horrible awkward incident where Bill tried to take over the world and turn it into a big freak party, which is obviously, not weird at all. Since Stan and Ford are back from their adventure, the twins are finally back to the weirdest town in the world. Of course, it wouldn't be Gravity Falls if there wasn't a portal opening, a portal that had already opened in other places in the world, and that was now, in Gravity Falls. As if it wasn't enough, an old enemy of the Pines family might be back, way worse and way more terrifying.

Dipper is volunteering at a nearby fair to finish up his SSL hours before the end of the year. Wirt is dragged along to a family gathering at the fair. With their luck they will find themselves in a lot more trouble than losing their siblings in the crowd.

It's been years since Wirt and Greg had gotten lost in the Unknown, yet Wirt still has nightmares every night. His hometown only reminds him of it, especially the graveyard he passes everyday. He can't make it through fall without having an anxiety attack. Halloween is the worst. So one year, he leaves so he doesn't have to look at all of it any longer. Greg refuses to let him go on his own, so they both get their stuff together one night and leave for a very long road trip to any place that's unfamiliar, any place that doesn't make Wirt think about what happened only just a few years ago.
