Marei Rosamire Koren spent years hiding behind walls no one could climb. Quiet, guarded, and devoted to becoming a nurse, she believed surviving was enough until Kallist Cyrilovich Sudarev changed everything. He didn't just love her. He gave her the world. With Kallist, Marei discovered freedom through sunsets, flowers, science, foreign cultures, horseback riding in Ireland, unforgettable journeys, and the comfort of finally having someone who stayed. But Marei became Kallist's greatest strength, too. She helped him overcome fear, self-doubt, and the betrayal of people he once called friends. Together, they endured Princess Miamor Pareja's relentless lies, sabotage, and smear campaigns, only to emerge stronger than ever. Before seeking revenge, they made one promise: First, chase their dreams. Marei would become a nurse. Kallist would become a pilot. Only then would they uncover the truth behind Lanavan's murder. The brother taken by a ruthless gang whose killer still hides in the shadows. As they travel the world, they encounter breathtaking landscapes, mysterious crows, medical milestones, career stalkers, wars, legendary artists, life-changing friendships, and memories that prove love can survive even the darkest days. Yet destiny has other plans. A prophecy foretells a devastating plane crash. Wilfred promises he'll only return when they're strong enough. And every step toward justice brings them closer to a truth that could destroy everything they've fought to protect. Can love survive betrayal, grief, and the weight of justice? Or will the final battle cost them the future they dreamed of together? "I built walls to keep the world away. Kallist never tore them down, he simply gave me a reason to open the gate."

Hindi na lang basta pride ang gusto nilang ipaglaban kundi ang tibok ng puso nilang ayaw paawat. An enemies-to-lovers story na punong-puno ng banter, asaran, kilig, at confessions out of nowhere. Because sometimes, the one who annoys you the most... ends up being the one you love the most.

TO FOLLOW YOU INTRODUCTION "Erick, I love you but I'm not good enough for you," said Daphne (Daphne May Dawson). Erick (Erick Liam Smith), who had heard what Daphne said, stopped walking and faced her, walking slowly back to her. "I'm sorry but did you just say you're not good enough for me?" Sigh "My lovely May, who told you of such a lie?" said Erick while caressing Daphne's cheek then cupping them. "If only you knew how hard it is to live without you - I can't even breathe if I can't see you near," said Erick. Daphne surprised, opened and closed her mouth wanting to say something but decided not to. Seeing as Daphne didn't say anything, Erick smirked and hugged her. In Erick's mind: I will never again lose Daphne like what happened in the past. In this lifetime would our lovely couple live happily or would their love story be a tragedy for both of them? There's no room for privacy, much less for panic. So when the dead began to rise, they didn't crawl - they swarmed. Miguel, a former street rat trying to keep his head down, wakes up to blood-curdling screams and the stench of death in the air. With his younger sister and a handful of survivors, he must navigate the labyrinth of shacks and shadows, hunted not only by the infected, but by the desperate and cruel who remain. Every alley could be your last. Every neighbor could be next. This is not your average zombie apocalypse. This is the Philippines - and when space runs out, the dead don't wait their turn. > A long-form horror survival series. > Filipino setting. > Violence. Gore. Trauma. Redemption. > Updates often! > For readers who love slow-burn dread, high-tension claustrophobia, and hard choices.

This is my small try at a romantic story of sorts. And I wanted to have a go on fiction with a Filipino historical setting. I probably made a mess of it, oh well. I'm also trying to do a sort of police procedural thing, but I know very little about the policing in the Philippines during that time, so I based whatever I said on procedural TV shows, Wikipedia, and whatever reading material I could lay my hands on about such things. I probably made a mess of that, too. Please comment, especially Filipino writers and history-lovers.

Under the rumbling bridges of Manila, basketball isn't just a game - it's chaos with sneakers. Riki, a 5'7" whirlwind of tricks and trash talk, hustles for coins and pride. Teo, a 7'1" giant who thinks hoops are for kids, stumbles into the madness by accident. Floodlights, bad jump shots, and flying basketballs later... these two might just turn the court into a circus - and somehow, a team. © 2025 Mark Casanova. All rights reserved.
