[UNDER REVISION] After months apart since graduation, Zekei and Ellejei reunite. He carries hope, she carries doubts-but together, they chase the moments they once thought were lost. As days blur into nights, they hold on to borrowed time, not knowing how fleeting it truly is. 。 ゚ Highest Rankings #1 - pinoy fiction #1 - tagalog fiction #1 - borrowed time #1 - relatable romance #1 - bitter sweet romance #1 - almost lovers #1 - reunion romance #1 - fleeting moments "Tayo 'yan." Ang palaging sinasabi sa'kin ni Zekei. Ayokong maniwala. Una sa lahat, ang corny. Sunod, manghuhula ba siya? Third, toothbrush muna.

But instead of falling, he meets a ghost-Clarisse Mateo, a girl who died mysteriously decades ago. Bound by a strange rule that allows them to see each other because of their shared birthday, Clarisse becomes an invisible companion who helps Emil reclaim his confidence, his dignity, and his hope. As Clarisse guides Emil through school, family struggles, and young love, she slowly reveals the sorrow that binds her to the world: her body was never found, and she can't rest until someone remembers her enough to look. When Emil uncovers her remains buried beneath his former home, he must make a difficult choice-to keep the ghost who saved him, or set her free. A quiet, emotional coming-of-age story set in a small Filipino town, The Boy and The Ghost is about grief, memory, kindness, and the invisible ways we save each other.

They say opposites attract but for Lim Ysabelle de Castro and Andrie Xavion Cruz, it's always been clash over connection. Pareho silang competitive, matalino, at walang gustong magpatalo. She's loud, sarkastic, and all-out Filipino. He's cold, composed, and speaks in straight English. Magkaklase sila sa STEM 11 - No. She's top 2. He's top 1. An enemies-to-lovers story na punong-puno ng banter, asaran, kilig, at confessions out of nowhere. Because sometimes, the one who annoys you the most... ends up being the one you love the most.

This is my small try at a romantic story of sorts. And I wanted to have a go on fiction with a Filipino historical setting. I probably made a mess of it, oh well. I'm also trying to do a sort of police procedural thing, but I know very little about the policing in the Philippines during that time, so I based whatever I said on procedural TV shows, Wikipedia, and whatever reading material I could lay my hands on about such things. I probably made a mess of that, too. Please comment, especially Filipino writers and history-lovers.
