It was just a matter of getting her away from the problem so Chiron could deal with it without Piper or anyone else getting hurt. ....... Malcolm Pace could safely say he had spoken about 3 sentences to Piper McLean in her entire time at camp. But even he knew something was up with his sister and the rest of camp. Piper clearly wasn't a traitor. Why couldn't the wisest and most logical person in the Athena cabin see that? ..... Hazel Levesque hadn't gotten to live a "normal" life in a long time. Was it selfish that she was hoping that Piper would help her in that endeavor? She hoped not, considering Piper didn't have many other people to turn to these days.
