Arthur Kirkland is a young nation, a teen in human years. He yearns for adventure, for adventure that would carry him to power. The sea had always fascinated him, as did the fearsome pirates that rode it. One day, he makes a decision to get hired as a mere worker on a cargo ship, and destiny takes him elsewhere. Basically, it's how England became a pirate, in my opinion.

The life of sophistication and riches is not all its planned out to be. A family that doesn't care about you or let's you be free is not what you want anymore. One night an injured man appears at your doorstep. By helping him, you didn't expect the kind of journey you were about to participate in...

Lovino, a merman, keeps an eye on a ship that his brother Feliciano found by shore. What he does not know is that there is a certain pirate on the ship.

A random, Hetalia short-story based on the song "A Shipwreck In The Sand" by SilverStein. This story is about Captain Carriedo and his crew embarking on a voyage to find new lands to use.
