Laurence Broadhurst came from an adventurous and loving family, that sadly fell apart. It fell apart so much that the person he loved most, his mother, had to make a decision to leave her family or stay and raised her only son. She loved her son more than anything in his world, but didn't know if he would survive the dangers of being a pirate. So she did the hardest thing she ever had to do, leave her son and her husband behind to live her dreams to continue on being a first mate. Now at the age of 15, Laurence is left to fend not only his sad and drunk father, but himself. The pub job he has barely pays enough for their home, and his father barely taking care of his business only made things unbearable. Until one day, some suspicious men follow him and "offer" him a job he couldn't refuse. He wasn't expecting for this lowlife offer to be changed into something he could truly get ahold of.
