In this dark drama set in the world of The Cuphead Show!, King Dice and Pirouletta embark on a forbidden affair, hidden from the watchful eyes of the Devil. Their secret is eventually exposed, leading to their separation and the Devil's cruel plans. Pirouletta discovers she is pregnant, and despite their hopes, the Devil intends to raise their child as a tool to replace King Dice. The story unfolds as King Dice, imprisoned and tormented by the Devil, learns about his impending fatherhood and the grim fate awaiting his child. Pirouletta, confined and isolated, gives birth to their son, only to have him ripped away by the Devil's minions. The Devil plans to raise the child under his control, ensuring the boy serves as a perfect successor.
