Ten years ago, a little girl and her family were in a car, driving home. A drunk driver split this young family apart, leaving the young girl with her abusive uncle. No one knows why, but her uncle hates her. He hates her with a passion. As if the little girl's life wasn't bad enough, she gets bullied at school. All is lost for the little girl. She just wants to die. However, she meets a boy. A sensitive, caring, boy who wanted to die as well. Although she could never have the courage to talk to him, they share a connection. They understand each other. All he wants is for the girl to talk, he wants her to talk, so she could stand up to the bullies and her uncle. So she could be happy. The little girl isn't so little any more, but she's still afraid. She's afraid to speak up. Will she ever gain the courage?

Evangeline, a poor pitiful girl trying to live a normal life. But, nothing goes the way she wants it to. Her brother makes her life a living hell but doesn't know why he's doing this. She tries to find out why he hates her even though she's done nothing to him. Little does she know that soon in the future, she'll never live the same again even as much as she tries to avoid everything and because of the cost of finding out secrets under her nose that weren't supposed to be found out. There's a bunch of things up ahead of this young girl, that does not realize it. How will she face this situation and why do these dangers keep going toward her? Reality is about a girl who goes to a school named Black Rock High School. She knows a lot more then you think she does she might not say much but she knows your secrets. This story will change more and more as you read. She talks about what people have done at the school and what they might do next.

A tourist's visit to Africa turns from delightful to heartbreaking when she encounters two tortured girls with unbelievably painful stories.

For Darian Bexlin heartbreak is nothing new. She has experienced it more than once but the last time was enough to cause her to question, is it really worth finding, 'love?', when something always seems to mock you later on after it all goes to ruins. After a drastic change in her life she shuts everyone out, no friends, no family, no nothing. She conceals herself into someone who barely resembles a human being.
