Or will Pouf have to continuing dreaming of the day they will be together? Shaiapouf is a loyal guard to King Meruem... but his desire to be with the king is a threat to not only his duty as a royal guard but to his relationship as well. Shaiapouf is at war between staying with his boyfriend, Youpi, and loving King Meruem. Will he be able to calm the war in his heart? Or will someone come along to bring him peace Pitou is Pouf's best friend... but Pitou wishes they were more. Pouf always complains about his crush on Shaiapouf to Pitou. Knowing about this crush is heartbreaking to Pitou, but they don't say anything because they want to be a good friend. One day, Pouf finally decides to convince Shaiapouf to date him... will Pitou risk their friendship and confess their love? Or will they continue supporting Pouf from the sidelines?

Just an extremely rough draft for a sequel to Neferpitou and the human Royal Guard. Basically, while we all wait for Togashi to get to the Dark Continent arc in the official HxH manga, I figured I could start a page where anyone who liked my first story can throw around a bunch of crazy ideas in the comments. Probably best to start after the original fanfic is finished, but hey, no real harm in throwing out some ideas early if that's what you want to do.
