Doc has been in Radiator Springs for a while now when a new job drove into town, but maybe raising a child who has a dark past won't be so bad. But her furture is a challenging one. Lightning McQueen and his brother Maxwell McQueen the Piston Cup Rookies are running for the Piston Cup Race. After the tie breaker, the brothers tried to go to California, but they suddenly got lost and ended up in a run down town.

The year is 2002. Montgomery McQueen and his roommate/best friend Carl Wunderson receive incredible news - they've been accepted into Fast Track Academy, a popular school for up-and-coming racers. Will this news bring them closer, or will it rip them apart?

The year is 2005. Lightning McQueen is the easily the most watched racer of the season. But when there's a 3-way tie at the final race, his life changes. For better or for worse?

After Lightning McQueen wins his first Piston Cup, he gets invited to an end-of-the-season party. Unfortunately for Lightning, everyone is a bit too loud for him to handle.
