Joel said, seemingly taking on the brunt of this debate. "We can, I dunno, steal treasure from the abandoned empires. We know where all their stuff is anyway, so hah, take that-" There was a pause. A realization shared among all three in the conversation, if you will. Not quite a lull, per se-this is something that would be marked in a script, that would be etched into history, that would seal their fates in aptly said teasing words. "Joel," began Lizzie, "Did you just come up with a near-flawless plan to become pirates?" He seemed to consider this. Looked to Jimmy, offered him a shit-eating grin. "Sorry, lad. I think you just led us right to a solution." - OR; Joel & Lizzie decide that they're best suited for a life at sea. An old friend from years past (it's only been a month or two) makes a treacherous deal with forces he doesn't understand. From their graves, ghosts of past empires arise. When present grudges and future feuds stir the pot, will our valiant heroes make it out alive? Oh, and also... there are hot women. Lots of them. The school year has started again, and already everything has changed. Friendships have been made and broken, trust has been built and destroyed. Only the truest of friends can survive a year like this. But can the emperors?

Scott and Xornoth Major are the powerhouse siblings of their school, people practically fear them- specifically Xornoth as he can and will fight anyone over anything, whereas Scott is one of the kids everyone wants to be friends with and/or date him, and their also at the top of all of their classes. Well, when James "Jimmy" Lee-Dunn joins his sister, Lizzie Lee-Dunn, in school, he gets himself into some trouble with the twins, except Scott is a bit more forgiving. Strange.. In a Savannah not too far away, there stands "The Past" (as it were told), an Empire owned by an archaeologist by the name of Pixlriffs, though goes by the name "Pix", seemingly on a mission to uncover the past, or, whatever he can find of it. Once he meets Oli, a scared and panicky musician, he feels an immediate connection with the newbie, and inclined to protect the scared blonde. One evening, Pix and Oli discover a golden crown, decorated with shining red gemstones. It was told that whoever was in possession of the crown, could seemingly rule over whoever they wished, for a time. All the rulers fought hard for its ownership, and when it finally falls into the hands of their friend, Joey, what happens next could destroy the world. That... clearly wasn't the case, as the Emperors discover when Shelby tries to figure out what's wrong with the fog surrounding her empire. Pix, who is already dealing with the inner turmoil that comes with potentially falling in love with your best friend, is in no mood to play the hero. Again. This is my first story I'm writing! I'm doing this for fun, and I probably will give up writing this and start a new one once I've gotten better at writing! But, if this gets any comments of suggestions, then I'll try to do them! An Empires SMP fanfiction, probably not original, and I'll take inspiration sometimes from others I've read. I'll try to include every person from Empires smp! (takes place in season 1, but before they are all emperors yet!)
