Katie Gardner has just found out she is a demigod. She finds herself at Camp Half-Blood, and guess who sent her? This is a Percy Jackson fanfiction. Rick Riordan owns the rights to many of the characters, but I take credit for the story itself. *UPDATE* Also, I haven't been updating this story much, but I plan on coming back to it in the spring, so check in then :).

When Casandra finds out that Peregrine, the army she grew up in, has been brutally annihilated, she is devastated. Brought to Camp Half Blood, she learns, grows, finds a family focused on more than just fighting monsters and training. But when her past comes back to haunt her, she must make a choice: go back to her comfort zone, or fight for her new family and new ideals. *note* I labeled this Percy Jackson fanfic because it takes place in the general universe, however it is less fanfic of the books and more of an online rp group I'm in, so a few things may be tweaked, and I probably won't be using main demigod book characters at all.

Growing up she'd been bombarded by religious folk saying she needed to act like a proper lady, the women of the town gossiping about her, and even being insulted in the worst ways possible. She never showed how much it hurt. How the men insisted they could show her what it was like-how it felt-to be a woman. And it isn't until she stumbles upon a wide open farm field with a single woman dressed in trousers, suspenders and all, with sleeves rolled to the elbow working at the dirt that she's seen someone like her. She's vaguely aware of the words coming from her mouth and the slight tip of her hat as she dismounts her horse. All she can think of to say is, "need any help miss?"

Harry Ron and Hermione are suspicious and bratty towards them and they don't trust the demigods perhaps a few OC's created by readers and their will be no I repeat NO demiwizards.

Before Percy Jackson and the normal CHB life a daughter of Apollo shook the camp to its core. Rachel Freyna always wanted a home yet could never keep one. Being abandoned by her mother living in the woods. After seeing a torch life her entire life in thrown upside down. Meeting halfblood who need protection from a prophecy she gave. But Rachel isn't sure she'll be able to provide the protection she needs. Rachel is too kind and trusting to not try and help camp, even listening to one son of Hermes who shifts her idea on her father Apollo.
