Doctor Daniel Fletcher, a plague doctor from the 17th century, has found himself in modern-day Glasgow. How? Why? Nobody knows. But he treats his patients without bias, and demands no coin. But in the active feud between the MacAtheys and the Crawford gangs, Fletcher somehow finds himself caught in the affairs of these two oppositions.

Y/N is an innocent prisoner but was taken to the SCP foundation to be tested on various anomalies. One of them happened to be a very strange plague doctor know as SCP-049.
