This is an imaginative short story about a girl, her brother, and her parents who get on a flight from Massachusetts to New York for vacation during 911. This was an assignment I had to do at the beginning of the year for ELA. I hope you like it.

It all started with a plane ride to New Jersey, and the fact that my dad 'forgot' to buy us all seats together. It's more like he was just too cheep to spend a few extra dollars. So my family got split on the plane. My mom and dad together. Then Matt and I. Matt is my annoying little brother, he's a year younger than me. so he's just a pain in my ass, anyway. So I blame my dad for this whole entire thing. I just wanted to have a relaxing vacation and help my aunt take care of wedding things, since I am the maid of honor, so that meant no distractions. Especially no boy, but Mr. Greek god came and totally turned my vacation into the other direction...... ~~~~~~~~~ Sawyer Conway is your typical 17 year old girl. Good grades, great friends, funny, with a bit of sass. Or so she seems. Is something buried down deep? secrets she has yet to spill. Nobody knows about her past except her best friend Cecilia Flynn. Alec Mason was the schools badboy. well he was Rude, Snarky, Arrogant and just a all around jerk. Until him and Sawyer meet with him not around all of his friend. Maybe Sawyer could see the real Alec Mason? Or maybe just the Image he poses to be playing. Will Alec break down his walls and see the real him? Will Alec find out about Sawyer's past and run for the hills? Or will he stick around and be the life vest to keep her from drowning?
