It was 2016. Paxton and his father, Shu Yongtan, were on a father-son expedition trip across the Pinglin Mountains in the Far East in search of the mythical Pristine Jade. Upon entering the gate however, helicopters began to surround the area and fire bullets at them. Paxton saw his father get shot six times, before he ran towards the entrance of the large cave. As he ran inside, the gate immediately closed, trapping Paxton. Fluorescent light then lead Paxton to the Pristine Jade, in which it glowed brightly in emerald-like colors before dimming down. The Pristine Jade had chosen Paxton. The thing is, he didn't know it yet... until now.
