Ok kids this whole story is going to be edited/rewriten - all of it as my writing is now different and way more better then 2 years ago. I don't know too much about DPP but Volkner was my favorite of all the gym leaders, Flint being my second favorite. I love his design and Pokémon so I decided make this. Sorry if he's OOC at all, but enjoy the story! :3
