Experiment 626, crash-lands on Izayoi Island, a small island in the Ryukyus. Befriending a young, tomboyish, karate-loving girl from the island named Yuna, he learns about and befriends magic creatures who live on the island called yokai and is introduced to the Chitama Spiritual Stone, a large magic stone in the island's Chitama Forest that is the life source of the yokai and can grant wishes to anyone who does 43 good deeds. Follow Stitch along with the help of Yuna, Stitch's creator Dr. Jumba Jookiba, Jumba's partner Pleakley, Stitch's cousins and fellow experiments and new faces as he gets the Stone to grant his wish and gain his whole ultimate power from the hands of Dr. Jacques Von Hämsterviel and new enemies.

Stitch, an extraterrestrial entity, comes to Earth after escaping prison, where he tries to impersonate a dog. Things take a turn when a lonely Hawaiian girl, Lilo, adopts him from an animal shelter and he helps mend her broken family.

Kiana Pelekai is the 14 year old sister of Lilo and Nani. Being older, Kiana tries not to do anything to get in trouble and helps out because she doesn't want to be taken away from Nani. Kiana does hula classes and does surfing competitions. She also likes riding her skateboard and scooter.

Dr. Jumba Jookiba is convicted by the United Galactic Federation of illegal genetic experimentation; he has created Experiment 626, an aggressive and near-indestructible creature with great learning capabilities. Before 626 is to be exiled to an unpopulated asteroid, he escapes and crash-lands on Earth where he is hit by passing trucks and placed in an animal shelter. The Federation's Grand Councilwoman offers Jumba an early release if he assists the council's Earth expert, Agent Pleakley, in capturing the experiment. Meanwhile in Royal Woods. Charles, the Loud family's and Lincoln's first pet, unfortunately, passes away caused by Lisa's experiments with radiation on him. Sending Lincoln and Lana into a state of deep depression. While the sisters try to console their brother, the parents come under fire by Child Protective Services. After a large fine from having Lincoln locked out of the house at one point, the Loud's savings are in the orange and the parents are in deep trouble. From locking Lincoln outside to allowing Lana to keep dangerous and deadly animals, to even allowing Lisa to perform dangerous experiments with an *infant* sleeping in the same room. Needless to say, they are one bad mistake in getting every child besides Lori taken away and sent to a new family. Deciding to get a new pet to help cure the air of sadness, Lincoln and Lana go to the same animal shelter in Royal Woods that 626 had been taken to.

Hira is bored today, so she decided to go to Hawaii to visit Lilo and Stitch, but after they save Jumba, there was a electric experiment on the loose so they went to chase it. Hira is invited by Hiroko to go to Hawaii with her, and she's allowed to bring anyone with her (she's very excited cause she hasn't seen her since she went to Alaska with her), she wanted to invite Hiro, Lightning McQueen and Go Go with her unfortunately for her the only one out of the three that accepted her offer was Hiro, as Lightning and Go Go are both very busy, so she invited Hiroto and Hiroski along with Hiro (she's nervous about Hiroko meeting Hiroto and Hiroski because 1, she feels like she's replaced Hiroko with Hiroski and two, Hiroto has a problem with controlling his Superstrength), once they arrive in Hawaii Hiroko immediately wanted to know everything that happened during her time at her college, while at their 5 day vacation house, Hira meet a little girl named Lilo Pelekai, and her older sister, Nani where a social worker is threatening to take Lilo away to child services, they have 3 days to change his mind about taking Lilo away, after adopting a "dog" there's somebody trying to get the dog whom Lilo named him Stitch. The Ohana Gang is back! After a year of capturing Hamsterviel and the Leroys, everyone are now living in peace. But then, Leroy and Hamsterviel escape back to Earth to destroy it and the experiments as well. With a little help from Jumba, Pleakly, Gantu, Rueben, and their ohana, Lilo and Stitch are determined and more stronger than ever to put Hamsterviel and Leroy back to prison, but not without a little choas, problems and a new experiment along the way.

When Jesse accidentally arrives during the creation of a new experiment titled 626 by evil scientist Jumba Jookiba, he is accused of being another experiment, and both Jesse and Stitch are exiled! Fortunately, they both escape to Earth, where they meet a Hawaiian girl named Lilo, who adopts them both thinking they are just ugly dogs. Now, with no way of escaping, Jesse and stitch must live in Hawaii, while also evading stitches Creator and his assistant, pleakly. Now will Jesse be able to find his way out of this dimension and back home?

New circumstances forces Lilo, her alien friends, along with Sonic and Co to part ways while Gantu, Dark Oak, Scourge the Hedgehog, and Dr. Jacques Von Hamsterviel create the Stitch clone, Leroy, in order to capture all of the experiments and take over the galaxy (Leroy and Stitch belongs to Disney, Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to SEGA).

Sonic and Co continue their quest to find Stitch's 625 experiment cousins and find their one true calling (Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to SEGA, Lilo and Stitch: The Series belongs to Disney).

The rambunctious speedy hedgehog (along with his friends), human and alien team must hunt down Dr. Jumba Jookiba's 625 other experimental creatures infesting Hawaii (Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to SEGA, Lilo and Stitch The Series belongs to Disney).
