As they were preparing for the school event their father trusted them to use his car for the event and told them to be careful but a few minutes later after the event while they were driving home a large truck that is out of their control came pass them and the two siblings were found by their cousin and called an ambulance. On the hospital ,they suffered from coma for 6 years while suffering from coma they had an alone time in their dark world where they spend their 6 years with each other.
