"A god will die young or they will die mad." Eight hundred years ago, stars fell from the sky and granted divine power to those who caught them. The small, poor country of Antaram has lost its Aspect of Divinity and is turning to ever more desperate measures to preserve itself. A runaway boy on the road to Antaram finds himself tangled in the fates of gods, queens and monsters as the age of stars comes to its violent end. Gaslamp fantasy with superpower mechanics, character-driven conflict, romances of all orientations, pterosaurs, lore for miles, and plot twists planned extremely far in advance. Posting a backlog of well over 100 episodes averaging 2000 words each, this story isn't going to be left unfinished :) Also: JRPG cutscenes and a soundtrack?? Updates twice a week, usually Wednesday and Saturday. CONTENT WARNINGS: While this story is not overtly graphic, there is violence and character death, including children. There is parental abuse and partner abuse. There is struggle with depression and mental illness. There is never at any point any direct depiction of sexual abuse.

The Ministry Of Sin is a powerful place. A soon to be Papa summons a Ghoul on his own, unaware of the consequences his actions would have on them. Aka: a plural Ghoul with a bad memory is summoned into the Ministry of Sin and has to find a way out... maybe? or perhaps they'll make friends. (even I, the author, have no clue where this is going)

The important thing about having two souls inhabiting one body is that the other soul is always, always there. In some ways, it's the best thing you could hope for. In other ways, however, it can be incredibly embarrassing. A manga canon rewrite, with a closer relationship and awareness between Yuugi and Yami from the get-go. And if this fic makes it to the point where Duel Monsters is introduced, the duels will be run according to the real-life rules as opposed to the weirdness that happens in canon.
