A runaway boy on the road to Antaram finds himself tangled in the fates of gods, queens and monsters as the age of stars comes to its violent end. Gaslamp fantasy with superpower mechanics, character-driven conflict, romances of all orientations, pterosaurs, lore for miles, and plot twists planned extremely far in advance. Posting a backlog of well over 100 episodes averaging 2000 words each, this story isn't going to be left unfinished :) Also: JRPG cutscenes and a soundtrack?? Updates twice a week, usually Wednesday and Saturday. CONTENT WARNINGS: While this story is not overtly graphic, there is violence and character death, including children. There is parental abuse and partner abuse. There is struggle with depression and mental illness. There is never at any point any direct depiction of sexual abuse.

The important thing about having two souls inhabiting one body is that the other soul is always, always there. In some ways, it's the best thing you could hope for.
