Its the 71st Hunger Games and the districts are getting restless. Effie has heard conversations around the Capitol that there might be a rebellion in the near future, are these hunger games the spark the districts need? The rebellion isn't the only thing that has sparks beginning fly, Effie might be falling for district 12's Haymitch Abernathy. Katniss just moved from District twelve to Panem because her mother married some rich guy named Plutarch. It's just a normal hunger games high school fanfiction but better and more awesome.
