However, in this new era, we see a new democracy that is developing, and Katniss and Peeta, Gale and the other's jobs are not done yet. District 14 is going to be forming very soon...

A story I created over a cannon I heard on instagram about Plutarch being considered the classic jokester in the Hunger Games.

Katniss just moved from District twelve to Panem because her mother married some rich guy named Plutarch. It's just a normal hunger games high school fanfiction but better and more awesome.
