She meets Effie and Haymitch, and is surprised when she finds out her friends and some of her family members are there too. She gets to "know" Panem, and then finds out what she is doing here... She thought she was safe from the Capitol, but then her bad dream turns into a nightmare.

District thirteen managed to save both Katniss and Peeta, but Snow still captured one of Katniss' loved ones. Prim. Katniss is devastated. She demands that, along with the other victors, Prim is rescued. Eventually, Katniss gets her little duck back, but the real Prim, the old Prim is lost. Will she ever be back?
