A short tale of hatred, vengeance, and redemption in the Ugandan savanna following amateur poacher Alejandro and the target of his resentment-a cape buffalo that killed his father. Very loosely based on "The Prodigal Son" parable.

Will returns home to South Africa after 4 years at college in the States and discovers that social media has made poaching a high stakes game of geotagging and technology, and her father is somehow right in the middle of it all. It's Lucas, the boy her father brought home one night like some kind of stray lion cub, that holds her country and the key to making sense of her inheritance in his hands.

The first story a whole series "Our Misadventures", about... well the title says it all. In this one they find a hedgehog they have to bring back to it's family while facing the terrors of the forest.

Carter and Kyle are normal people before they wake up on the mysterious sandy shores of an unknown island. They have forgotten everything apart from how to talk and walk. This is their story of survival.

The main base of this is Soukoku if Chuuya was a demi-human (cheetah demi-human to be exact) and Dazai was a poacher. This is a continuation of one of my many Soukoku stories, I'll probably be continuing this one before moving onto another one. - - - Chuuya, a nineteen year old demi-human living in a world separated from humans (for many reasons). The place he calls home is a small town in the woods away from humans; all is relatively peaceful there, simple, even. He and his sisters run a shop in the town that he--unfortunately--has to work in practically every day, then goes home, does whatever, and repeat. It's simple, it's nice, it's BORING. Well, boring until one night when he's up late staring at the ceiling when he hears something troubling from outside... And you totally couldn't guess who it is!!! (It's Dazai. It's just Dazai) He comes across a poacher of all things outside standing in front of a young demi-human from his town threateningly. So, Chuuya does the only logical thing a person could do in that situation and tackled the poacher, and it continues from then on.

It's their mother." --- Baneful Creatures is a perfect example of the Magical Realism genre, so much so that my teacher whose class I wrote it for praised it to the heavens and saved it to show future students.
