Assorted Poems from writing club, creative writing class or just general. I used to despise poetry, but when we had to make a portfolio of it for creative writing class, writing poetry was actually fun, so I ended up really liking it. I still hate reading it though, so if you don't read this I totally get it.

[We aren't accepting members any more] This is a community for poets and dreamers who wish to express themselves through poetry and improve in their skill of poetry writing. We write poetry, critique on each other's work and appreciate what we have written. We would always appreciate for people to join us and be a part of this beautiful journey.

Welcome to Craving Critique: Poetry Review, a small (but growing) community of poets in search of critique, support, and creative companionship. We maintain open arms at all times to everyone and are thrilled to watch as new members accumulate in our little squad. We hope you enjoy your membership here--as long as you can find the time to abide by our group's basic guidelines. The basis of these guidelines is simple: have respect for yourself and others. We are here to discuss and appreciate poetry, and though we may be critiquing each other's work, we won't be tolerating any bullying. On that note, the foundation of this club is simply constructive criticism. We hope to not only provide it, but promote it; this is the place to learn to take constructive criticism, to give it, and heed it's advice! Not only this, but we aspire to encourage unique styles of poetry, such as free verse and epics, in order to help our members explore different styles of writing. Are you interested now? Jared Digger thought it would be a great idea to start a poetry club. He could finally have a safe space to share his writing, maybe make some more friends. And when a district-wide poetry competition broadcasts an award of $1,000, sponsored by a big-shot author who grew up in this town, the club decides they will submit one poem to represent the whole group. The poetry club turns into a competition to bash each other, and get their poem submitted, and Jared wonders what will happen to him and his new friends, and his only safe space.
