A world of poems captured in a single book, written by a girl who played every role: the academic achiever, the loyal friend, the eldest daughter, and more. She was always the one chosen for the top rank, yet she was never the one chosen by love. This collection is a bridge across the years, composed of verses that trace a haunting evolution where the innocent wonders of childhood slowly sharpen into the cold realizations of the real world. Yours truly, RosePoet (Note: These entries are not arranged in chronological order; however, I have included dates to serve as a guide to navigate the journey through time.) MELANCHOLY | MAY GARNER | AVAILABLE ON AMAZON! ļ ½ ļ ½ ļ ½ This melancholy drips from my fingertips so slowly you begin to forget I ever existed. All of me - the parts of flesh you never quite learned to love slips quietly down the drain. I am waiting for the day your fingers unscrew the pipes, dig through the mess, scrape your heart against rust, just to find me again, so we can do it all over. Here, in these pages, I find myself. In ink pressed against my flesh, I whisper the sadness, the heartache, the decay meant for all the unspoken. ļ ½ ļ ½ ļ ½ A Poetry Collection by May Garner. ──────── ※ ※ ※ ※ ※ ※ ──────── Some feelings are never meant to be spoken out loud. They simply sit inside you and make a home in the corners of your heart. š——š¢š„ - šž - š‘ššššš³ was written in that quiet corner. This poetry collection contains eight poetic Urdu verses written in the hope of being written to. It encaptured the feeling of unrequited feelings, passionate denial and irreversible limerence. Urdu is my mother tongue. And when there were poetries inside me that the English couldn't truly hold, my heart decided to bleed words in Urdu. However, I have included the English Translation of each poem for my non-Urdu speaking readers. I have tried to imitate the effect of each poem in English too. A section is dedicated to the vocabulary used in every poem for clarity. I hope you enjoy reading this work as much as I enjoyed bringing it to life. And I hope you fall in love with how different languages can encapture multitudes of similar emotions in just a few words. ──────── ※ ※ ※ ※ ※ ※ ────────

This collection traces my journey through the fragile and tangled years of teenagehood. Through each poem, you would get a glimpse of raw and unfiltered moments of love, heartbreak, loss, confusion and even hints of clarity. The title is more than just a name : it is a metaphor of growth and acceptance . Each year, each experience was a petal unfolding . Some were soft like teenage innocence while others were jagged, stained with blood, weathered by heartbreak and resilient in reaching. Some were glowing red under the eternal sunlight of euphoria while others were withered due to the droughts of insecurity and floods of pent up emotions . But together these roses compose the bouquet of my becoming. Now I offer this bouquet to you, dear reader, and hope you find petals of your own and embrace the garden you are meant to be. ──────── ā‚Šā‹†ā˜½ā—Æā˜¾ā‹†ā‚Š ──────── šŸ’ š“šˆšŒš„š’ š€š–š€š‘šƒ š–šˆššš„š‘ ⟪ h i g h e s t r a n k i n g s ⟫ #1 in poesia (out of 15k stories) #1 in spokenword (out of 4.57k stories) #1 in personalthoughts (out of 2.5k stories) #1 in personalexperience (out of 1.57k stories) #1 in freeverse (out of 7.74k stories)

A collection of all of my poems throughout the years, I've been meaning to make all of this into a small novel for the longest time but I have been too afraid of judgement or backlash of any kind, I frequently write about my own trauma and rarely write about anything else, so if you're sensitive to topics such as sexual assault, neglect, or parental trauma, please be mindful before taking a dive into this, I hope you enjoy :)

"The truth is mine, but I bear none to speak, To keep my mouth in shambles, my sanity to keep. Because they started rambling through the walls, they speak; They want to rot the house, to make my body meek. Hinges rust, the moths crawl through my skin, The floorboards choke on everything I've been. Father is absent, but he is quick to swear; Mother is present, but it is nothing there. Their words cut me open-they carve me precise, Alcohol's the sinner; sinning is the vice. The mold in the corners-it has learned my name, It breathes when I breathe, it thinks I'm the same. The mold takes my breath; the walls start to bend, While the judge, my Father, tells me to repent."

A poetry collection by Krystel Ariana, written through self-doubt, love, loss, and the quiet struggles of growing up. This is an entry of my life to remind me and you that it's okay to let your feelings spill onto the page instead of keeping them buried. A safe place for feelings to rest. These poems were written not to be beautiful, but to make every second breathable.

Salt & Honey is a collection of poems about the beauty and ache of being human. Through themes of love, loss, healing, and hope, each piece blends the sting of salt with the sweetness of honey, capturing life's bittersweet moments and the strength found within them. Inspired by my great-grandma, a woman who always saw the positive side of everything, strong as a rock, ready to forgive, always giving. Thank you for everything! We'll meet in between words and say bye with the sunset.
