To the loss of a good person in my life, to an outrageous pandemic, to senior year, to betrayal, to friendship, to family.

You know those thoughts you have at 3am and your mind is just everywhere?

nothing in this world was perfect. and that is what clair loved about it. nothing was perfect up until he came along. all bright smiles and glowing eyes. perfect hair and a perfect laugh. who knew that perfect could destroy her so unperfect life.

So...I've been thinking about the world we live in. And I've stumbled upon some stone hard truths...truths we most times turn a blind eye to...truths we refuse to accept because of what others may think... me and my lttle words, little words of my little life this book is meant for me to express my feelings towards certain incidents, don't care about my feelings then don't read the book. I will not include any names in any of these pages, but I will explain what happened and how I feel about it. If you recognize something you did in here then don't get upset at me for writing it, be upset at yourself for causing the issue.

I just thought this up and decided to write it out! It's more for fun than anything else, so please don't expect the writing to follow any logical rules. I would call it poetry, but it's not quite there, so we're just gonna stick with its name. Please enjoy! (Cover made with Bazaart)

This is mostly a journal, feel free to read it, if nothing else I hope my pitiful sadness makes you feel a little bit better about yourself. Whatever you do, don't feel bad, don't say sorry out of pity, don't scoff because 'you've gone through worse.' I'm pouring my life onto these pages for nothing in return, so don't feel like you owe me an apology. Read this, skip over it, I don't mind.

and sometimes she thought of him. and sometimes he thought of her thinking about him.

Just random thoughts that popped into my head and decided to create a sort of twisted story out of it. Written from the perpective of a child-like adult, so the language used is simple and the phrases short and direct, hope you enjoy Mary's journey through the dephts of her mind and her view of the world!
