We The Outsiders is a story about Edward & Sophie two outside students who meet in detention in high school in year eight. They start to become friends finding they fit in with each other cause of their many similarities, but when one of them starts to become popular. Differences start to surface between them, and then that is when they each must decide what they really want is it to be popular and have friendships with the cool kids or friendships with each other? Are they really outsiders to everyone else or are they in fact the insiders while everyone else are the outsiders? Two childhood pals finally meet after long twenty years and rekindle their love once again. A poetress back into her poet's loving arms, this is their love story.

Contents: A Gentle Man Was Broken: Inspired by the Salem witch trials and The Crucible. The mood was meant to be dark and sad. A man takes violent revenge after the death of his wife and child. The Hunt is Begun: A creature lurks in the woods... This short poem is fitting for Halloween since it is about a monster. Sleep: Wrote it while I was falling asleep at my desk, haha. Needed a distraction. Rejoicing in The Return: an abc poem about a painting I love called "The Return" by Thomas Cole.

This Poem is about a woman who met a man who became her lover. The man became her suitor which takes good care and lover her so much. But before they became finally together, her ex's parents ask her a favor. Thus favor is to get back to his son because he has a life span of 3 years. This favor is the last wish of his son before everything else happen. Until the woman decided to accept and promise to get back to her ex besides of all her love for her current lover. He didn't pursue the man she love the most and leave him for the sake of her promise to his ex's parents.

During the past few years I found out that people I used to be friends with would talk about me behind the scenes, creating their own scripts and scenarios & making me the villain in their own story. Not only that, the general public, along with social media, would sometimes twist the narrative about climate change and world's wellness & I felt the need to write about it. Other than that, this project also revolves around my past, involving all kinds of emotions, vulnerability, growth and healing. In a way, this is me letting go. This is me storytelling through poetry about who I am to a greater extent. With this collection, I wanted to show you a different side of me, I wanted to go deeper into my own identity & life's considerations in general. Last but not least, this project is also a reminder that everything will be okay. It's a reminder to not give up because we are all in this world, in this time, for a reason. Trust the process, be faithful to your intuition and values, believe in yourself. You're not alone in this, I am here with you.
