I saw your flaws but I also saw that you were much more than that - namely my first crush This one contains poems about my first crush. A boy I liked but never knew if he liked me back or not. I described what I felt for him in words and put it in this book. If you ever experienced having a crush, you might recognize some feelings and that is my mainly goal with this book. To feel connected with you, because remember there is always someone in this world you can relate with. Everyone had or has or will get a crush in his or her life. ​🌹 Trandafir cu ochi căprui - O confesiune a devotamentului absolut ​„Frumusețea ta mă-mbată..." ​În spatele fiecărei mari iubiri se ascunde o vulnerabilitate profundă, iar poezia „Trandafir cu ochi căprui" surprinde exact acel moment în care sufletul se predă complet în fața perfecțiunii celuilalt. Scrisă cu o sensibilitate rară de Tony Dan, opera este un imn dedicat fascinației pure și hipnotizante. ​Metafora trandafirului devine o punte între durere și extaz: spinii tăcerii înțeapă, însă privirea caldă, curată și lipsită de rău a ochilor căprui vindecă orice rană, furând inima instantaneu. Autorul se autopoziționează ca un „umil nimeni", un spectator copleșit de măreția unei prezențe ce strălucește ca luna pe un cer senin.

In this ravaged realm, they shed their modesty's cloak Youths who strut naked, with abandon and broke Their virtue, a canvas, besmirched and defaced As they embrace the sugar daddy's golden cage Their drug-addled dreams, a hallucinatory haze Abortions, a deadly harvest, reaped in shame's dark ways Their future, a flickering flame, threatened by the winds Of recklessness and despair, that howl and whine Ubuntu, a frayed thread, once woven with love's fine hand Now unravels, a tapestry torn, in a world so grand A generation lost, in a wilderness of pain Where darkness reigns, and hope's sweet light does wane Yet still, a glimmer flickers, a beacon in the night A chance to redeem, to rekindle love's pure light To guide them back, to the path that's true and bright And restore the Ubuntu, that once shone with beauty and might.

I wrote this poem during a dark period when I would easily get caught in a spiral of negative thoughts, and the struggle with my inner demons was a daily occurrence. My demons were loneliness and emptiness, and the battle with them is reflected in this poem.

Acesta este modul meu de ,,a striga", modul meu de a împărtăși ceea ce sufletul meu simte. Poemele mele, versurile ce le scriu fac parte din realitatea mea, din viziunea și contextul vieții mele.
