Now Sarah is a Pogue with Kie and Lulu was left in the dust as neither Kook or Pogue. Lulu even had a summer fling with JJ. But she was always on the outside looking in, wishing to be part of the adventures. Now the tide has shifted. Rafe Cameron is off the rails. Ward Cameron and Rose have thwarted any insurance policy they had in place. The Pogues are on the run. The law is slowly catching up with everyone; and the only people that haven't tipped the scale of chaos are: Lulu, Wheezie, and Topper. When Rafe finds himself in a bind back on Figure 8, he goes to the one person who can get him on and off the island without any questions asked. No one suspects the pretty girl who never does anything and gives back to The Cut. Another treasure hunt. Potential love. What could go wrong? When Kie graduates and comes back she realizes she has been replaced by her friends with a girl named Quinn. Kie learns that she is also JJ's long term girlfriend. Hey guys! This will be a Riara story, taking off from the last scene we were given from Outerbanks of season 4. It is slightly a prediction of what could happen next season. I will start by adding just one part but will be back to write more in late January. Rafe is out to help Kiara get revenge for JJ's death, and find Groff.
