With the school year returning, and the stress of life heavy over your head, it was a near miracle that you had scrounged up the money to visit Point Pleasant for the rather famous Mothman Festival. The drive was long, and the hotel bed felt empty, but both seemed irrelevant as you banded onto the tour bus the following morning. As the guide led your group through the TNT zone, peering into the dark door of a military storage igloo, everyone was faced with a mysterious noise from inside of the bunker- a deafening clash along the metal that startled the entire crew backward. It was dismissed as nothing, but being as curious as you were, and as much of a cryptid hunter you liked to think yourself out to be, it was clear you would investigate it later on your own- Disbelief rattled in your bones, but you were soon to find out that the legendary beast of this town was no myth made for tourism. Not only was the forestly spirit of bad omens real, but he knew you had seen him, and horribly so, so does the government. Will your screams be heard, or will they be lost in the mist as you find yourself falling from the world around you? Read on to find out. ((Before you ask, y e s, this is a legitimate story, and y e s, chapters are uploaded every Saturday,,!!
