Many die at a young age, some don't even make it through their first poisoning. Over the years, slowly, every drop of bodily fluid becomes poisonous. Their blood, saliva, tears, everything becomes terminal. If they manage to turn eighteen without dying, they're sent off to various men of power who are involved in the political games of Lord Withdorn. There, they become the mistresses of these men and are to assassinate them by exchanging bodily fluids.
