Ellie is a young trainer and coordinator who travels all the way from Kanto to Hoenn. She loves many kinds of Pokemon. Her dream is to become a researcher like her dad, and making people and Pokemon happy. Now, it's time for Ellie to start her journey here at her homeland, the Sinnoh region. Along the way with her childhood friend Dawn, she meets a young boy named Ash, his partner Pikachu, and his friend named Brock. There was also a group of Pokemon thieves known as Team Rocket, who steal Pokemon, plan to capture Pikachu, and a new task to kidnap Ellie and make her a new addition to the team. Now, Ellie and her friends will travel the entire Sinnoh region to find new Pokemon, make new friends and enemies, and train harder to compete in the Sinnoh league. They will also stop a criminal organization called Team Galactic, who were planning to rebuild the galaxy in their image by stealing two legendaries, Dialga and Palkia.

However he didn't anticipate that years later, Light, a recent Lumiose Academy graduate and avid reader who was born with the ability to understand Pokemon, doesn't want anything to do with Pokemon, more so ever since his father's disappearance and Dark bullying him for years. But he is forced to go on a journey when his friends bring him along for said journey. With a Froakie, a Pokemon his father originally was going to give him, the two of them make new friends and foes on their way to being the best of the best. What will happen on his journey? Will Light finally find out what happened to his father? Why does Lysandre and Malva takes an interest to Serena, Dark, Light and their Pokemon team?
